The company hasn’t said much about the details, but rumours about the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra model keep coming in. The most recent leak says that the phone will come with the same 50MP periscope camera with 5x optical zoom as the one before it.

The 1/2.52″ 0.7μm 50 MP sensor, which was also used on the S24 Ultra, could be used on the Galaxy S26 Ultra and Galaxy S27 Ultra, according to a tipster named Ice Universe. But the Galaxy S26 Ultra might have a thicker bump on the back camera.

Expected launch date for the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 5G

The Galaxy S26 Ultra 5G might come out in January 2026, along with the other two phones in the lineup, if Samsung sticks to its usual schedule. This time, it’s also being said that the brand will replace the regular Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26 Plus with a Galaxy S26 Pro and a Galaxy S26 Edge. But none of these facts have been officially confirmed.
